Public library trustees are considered public officers and must therefore take and file an oath of office.  A sample form can be downloaded HERE.

CONFLICT  OF  INTEREST  AND  ETHICS  STATEMENT

Board members should review a Conflict of Interest Statement and an Ethics Statement annually.   The Conflict of Interest Statement should be signed by each trustee and kept on file at the Library.  Find sample forms HERE.
